Recently published by Drug Discoveries & Therapeutics, the advance publication's results suggest that electrolyzed reduced water S-100 enhances the expression on enzymes involved in the synthesis of ceramides containing ultra-long-chain fatty acid residues, which have a protective function in the skin.
